Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Shift Happens, we value your time and commitment—and ask that you honor our instructors and fellow students by respecting the following policy:

🗓️ Student Cancellations

• 7 Days or More Notice
  Cancel at least 7 days before your class start date to receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

• Less Than 7 Days Notice
  Cancel within 7 days of your class, and you may reschedule once for free. No refunds will be issued.

• No-Shows / Same-Day Cancellations
  If you don’t show up or cancel on the day of class, you forfeit the full fee and cannot reschedule or receive a refund.

🔄 Rescheduling

• One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Additional changes may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

🌧️ Cancellations by Shift Happens

• If class must be canceled due to weather or unforeseen events, we will notify you and offer a full refund or reschedule option.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• Students arriving late may be denied entry and treated as a no-show.
